Partners Jon Van Geel, President of Adriana Pacific Development and Dave Balsor, President of Ocean Park Developments Ltd. have been active in residential land development for more than 25 years. Both have been especially active in the Fraser Valley with some 65 successful residential and commercial developments between them including such notable projects as Sequoia Ridge, Northpointe, Huntington Park and Rosemary Heights. Both men are highly respected in their field and recognized as leaders in the local real estate community for their innovative ideas and for their ability to deliver.
