Known as the Bluebell floor plan, this beautifully designed 1484 sq.ft. cozy cottage includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a wide open loft and all of the optional upgrades.
We would like to invite you and your family to visit the community and tour the new show home. Now open daily, from 12noon to 5pm (except Wednesdays).

Grand Opening
The Cottages Sales Team opened the doors two weeks early this year, offering past visitors the opportunity to view the final release of 25 cottages before opening up sales to the general public. Over 75 families took advantage of the pre-launch and were given the latest information on pricing and availability, in addition to touring the remaining cottages before they begin selling out.
The positive response lead to a successful pre-launch with 4 Cottages already sold, so we are pleased to announce the official public Grand Opening this weekend.

Final Release
Over the past few months, the Developer has worked hard at completing the final construction of Phase 4; the last phase before being a sold out community. The final release of just 20 cottages includes a variety of new 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans, all the optional upgrades are included and they will be move in ready this summer. The final release is now available for previewing. Come and check it out!
